Spring Onion Noodles with Beef & Broccoli


This is a very simple dish you can whip up in ten minutes flat.
You'll need:

  • Rice Noodles
  • Red Onion
  • Broccoli
  • Carrots
  • High Quality Beef
  • Soy Sauce
  • Garlic Clove
  • Pepper
  • Light Olive Oil (or Canola Oil)
  • Lemon

Bison & Black Bean Burritos


RECIPE INGREDIENTS
8 jalepeno-cheddar tortillas
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can black beans
200 grams ground bison
1/2 cup of cheddar cheese
1 jalepeno pepper
1 roma tomato
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp onion flakes
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp parsley

Fiery Deviled Eggs


RECIPE INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
1 quarter tomato
1 jalepeno pepper
Salt
Pepper
Paprika


DIRECTIONS
Fill pot with water and add two eggs
Bring to boil for 15 minutes.
Pour out hot water and add cold water cooling eggs.
Peel eggs and cut in half.
In a separate bowl remove the egg yokes.
Mash yokes.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Spoon mashed yokes back into eggs and sprinkle with Paprika.
Add thinly sliced rings of jalepeno peppers and diced tomatoes.
Serve cold.

Fabulous Focaccia

Ingredients:

1Tsp. Granulated Sugar
1/4 cup Warm Water
1x8g Pkg. Active Dry Yeast

3-1/4 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Tsp. Salt

2 Tsps. Olive Oil
1 Cup Water

Toppings:

2 Tbsps. Olive Oil
1 Tsp. Ground Rosemary
1/4 Tsp. Dried Thyme
1/4 Tsp. Ground Sage
1/4 Tsp. Whole Oregano
Sprinkle of Sea Salt

Instructions:
Stir Sugar and warm water together in a bowl. Sprinkle with the yeast. Let stand 10 minutes. Stir.

mix the flour and the salt in a bowl. Make a well in the center. Add yeast to the flour mixture. Stir. Make a well again.

Add the oil and water to the flour mixture. Stir. Knead the dough for 8-10 minutes on a lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic.

Place Dough ball in a greased bowl. Spray the top lightly with Cooking spray, then cover with a sheet of greased wax paper and a tea towel. Place in the oven with the door closed and the light on for 1 to 1-1/2 hours until doubled in size.

Punch the dough down. Roll or slap it out into a 12" circle. Place on a greased pizza pan.
Make dents with your finger in the dough. Drizzle olive oil over the dough and allow it to pool in the dents.
mix the 4 herbs together, then sprinkle them evenly over top the dough. Sprinkle with the salt.

Wait 30 minutes, then bake at 400F for about 25 minutes. Best served warm.
Makes one focaccia.
